Identity Confused! Does it need a change or makeover ?

"This phrase talks about maintaining your own identity,"...By Glen

Now,....If your identity is wrong, then???.....It's good to adopt the changes......

Example:
I am very fast reacting person ,...I just speak without thinking...It's my identity...

Now, some friend like you constantly try to make me someone else, I mean change me to person who handle things with maturity...

think here....who getting ebnefit...It's me..I am adopting good things which someone try to see in me.....

If I rejected his thoughts in first stage, I would have been continued has rash speaking, un matured guy.......and it would have screwed my life..!!

So changing for our good is the best way to grow....So changing for our good is the best way to grow....It's not "toughest task " They say..

But I say-----

Identity- A term that has really a lot to mean for each and every person and he is accountable for all his acts! For me my identity would be my strengths and for someone else my identity would be my Weakness. Each person has his own way of identifying a person or a public figure. So one cannot have identity to be metaphorical rather it would be a keyword to define his attitude on a whole.

One’s Identity being wrongly accepted or judged has got a lot to do with the person himself. Your identity would be accepted by others on the way you behave with them and project yourself and not by your standard attitude or substandard behavior. It would like you prioritize what needs to be projected of your qualities and then decide go ahead on building your own identity oneself. If you are public figure there would be another code of conduct that would guide your identity and that is the Media.

When it comes to changing your identity I would not like to say something much on this since it is not an overnight phenomenon. For all those who have dreams of changing their identity for others I would like to say one thing- Don’t break your hand banging on the wall hoping it to transform into a door one fine day so that you can sneak in though.

  1. Well, as I refer to word 'Identity' as 'I as an entity' - I would say the core oneself never changes what so ever is situation/circumstances/advise. We can adapt to mold ourselves a little as per our needs but one can never be other-self rather oneself.
Its all what we do for ourselves not for others; we can never change for others. I agree on that..we can only improve for ourselves and only ourselves...and Identity as a shadow accompanies there...

    Good though, Veeraj!
    Keep writing...
